Luis Arroyo, 1927-2016

Luis Arroyo, 1927-2016
He was diagnosed with cancer last month, and died yesterday, in Ponce, Puerto Rico, at the age of 88. For the moment, I don't have information about his survivors, except that his death was announced by his daughter, named Milagros (Spanish for "miracles").
